1. Do you wear glasses or contacts, if so for how long?
I wear both! I've been wearing contacts since about 1st grade I think and I started wearing contacts about 5th or 6th grade, i can't really remember. I've only recently really embraced my glasses wearing self :)

2. What was your favorite board game as a kid?
I remember really like the game of Life

3. What is a word that you use all the time?
When I was like in 4th to 6th grade my neighbor friend and I were the biggest dorks ever. He and I would play power rangers...but I digress...we used to say "heeheehee pshhhhhhhhh" i have no idea, we were so lame! LOL

4. What is your favorite day of the week?
Any day the husband is actually home, because its different every week, lol

5. Did you graduate high school from the town you grew up in?
I was homeschooled from 8th grade on, but yes we did live in the same town my entire life :) its kinda like a real-life stars hollow, no joke :)

It's monday already?

Well, the week is starting over....mine actually began yesterday when the hubster went back to work, boo. I'm on my second week of p90x, my third week of my newest bible study and the hubby and I have started some devotions recently! We are going back to our small group this week and my best friend here is finally coming out of her sick coma so we can resume our SAHM coffee mornings! YAY!!! I also recently discovered that I get K-Love up here in the boonies. I never used to be able to get it and miraculously in the last week or so its been coming in. It couldn't have come at a better time really. The last six months have been really crazy. A lot of bad things have happened, I lost a lot of friendships and a few other things. I tend to dwell on the bad things and lose track of the good things. In this particular situation I really believe that a lot of it was out of my control. I've really been working on accepting responsibility for what I did contribute to the situation, but working past the unknown has really been a struggle for me. Some of the friendships...well frankly I'm not sure why they faded really. I thought they were strong, and maybe they weren't a maybe they were and then weren't....I don't really know. But I've been dwelling on this a lot....letting go without knowing what really happened. And short of calling them up and being like, "So what's the deal, I wanna know what's up," there's not too much else I can do.....So back to K-Love. As I've been dwelling on all these things, I swear that every time I turn the key the song, "You've been Remade," by Tenth Avenue North comes on. If you haven't heard the song here are the lyrics. They've really been speaking to me and I hope they do to you as well:

1. What do you usually want to know about someone when meeting them for the first time?
I usually wanna know are they married, do they have kids that way I know whether I can bore them with talking about my kids or not, LOL!!

2. Would you rather know everything about your spouse, or be regularly surprised?
Depends on what we're talking about.....I learn little random things all the time and we've been together 11 years! Big things...please no surprises :)

3. If you could live in one city for the rest of your life, where would you live?
Probably my home town where I grew up, family and friends are there and that would be nice...as long as I could travel around still.

4. When you go out of town, what one material thing do you ALWAYS take?

my black Steve Madden peep toe pumps - fancy or casual...always looks good
